Michelle Beverly, Executive Director, Home & Community Health Services (H&CHS) along with Johnson Memorial Medical Center is pleased to announce the 2016 recipients of the H&CHS Jewel Epstein Scholarship awards. A senior from Enfield High School as well as a senior from Enrico Fermi High School each received $1,000 to place toward their education.
Congratulations to this year’s recipients, Hadrian Bentley, a 2016 graduate of Enfield High School, and Kristina Bedard, a 2016 graduate of Enrico Fermi High School in Enfield. Each of these hard-working young students was selected based on academic and or athletic achievements as well as community participation.
The recipients were selected from a pool of graduating seniors who are enrolled at either Enfield High School or Enrico Fermi High School, and are pursuing a career in nursing or an affiliated Health care field.
